My wife and I have just returned from the California and the Golden West tour and I felt I must email you to thank you and you company for a most wonderful holiday. The organisation of the transport and hotels was faultless, all the hotels were very clean and efficient and it was great to have our room keys without delay on arrival also it was great not to have to lug our luggage. The diversity of the places we visited was marvellous going from the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Las Vegas to San Francisco we did not know what remarkable experiences where coming next. The tour manager Sue worked so hard to ensure everything was working in perfect harmony, much of the success and the enjoyment on the tour was down to her. Greg the coach driver was excellent and he had a great attitude toward the tour members and his driving skills were very professional. We will certainly travel with Riviera again as we enjoyed this tour so much, well done and thank you for some great experiences and memories. Please ensure you send us the new brochure for 2010.
